“solid week of law school” Since you’ve read my blog, you’ll understand why this made me laugh.

Are you at the battle of the forms section in K yet? I thought I understood K and now 2-207 has me thoroughly confused.

Ah Torts. We haven’t covered anything but negligence so far. It’s odd how different the same class becomes at different schools. Don’t worry, neg. can get really complex once you factor in the complex issue of duty.

Stay away from the H1N1 please.
